The phone that I purchased from this seller stopped working after two months. It was blacklisted (Lost/Stolen). Seller could not get it to work so he told me after I shipped it back then he would reimburse me. I was told by Swappa staff to insure the phone ($600) which I did. Seller refused to reimburse me for the shipping/insurance cost.

Seller sent a defective phone (bad camera); we negotiated a partial refund then he changed his mind. I was able to file a case and have it resolved with PayPal so everything is fine now. Just would have been nice to have the seller stick with the partial refund without having PayPal get involved. He did ship fast which was nice and responded to emails somewhat quickly.
