I received the phone many days later then set. Also, the phone is not fully functional, the text writing has issues. We had to take it to apple store and they found problems with the touch screen which was not fully functional. These things were not mentioned in the sale of the phone.

I received a phone that was advertised as a Verizon phone, only to find out it was actually from another carrier. I did not realize this until about 4 months after receiving the phone, but when I did initially receive the product, it appeared operational and didn't appear to have any issues. I needed the phone in October when I thought my iPhone couldn't be fixed; turned out it could be fixed. I held onto the purchased phone in anticipation that I may need one in the future, and I did. I spent 2 hours at the Verizon store trying to get the phone to work on the network only to find out it was in fact, not a Verizon phone; it was T-Mobile. The seller became angry and rude as to why it took so long for me to realize, but the fact remains, what I purchased was NOT what I received. The seller stated the wrong phones were sent to the wrong people, so who knows if I am the only one that experienced a problem. Disappointed in my first Swappa purchase experience.

I am giving this a 3 star rating because the phone was not erased when it was sent to me. I had to do quite annoy of work to get the phone up and running. The seller was helpful and quick to get back to me which I appreciated. I just felt it was inconvenient and should not have been sent that way.
