Seller IMHO did NOT ship that fast nor communicate that well (IMHO).

The phone was put in a bubble-bag then bubble-sheet but NOT taped to secure so got out rattling inside the USPS Flat-Rate Small Box but LUCKILY NOTHING bad happened!

Indeed item is AS-DESCRIBED so I still give the 5-Star.

Device was faulty. Great seller with good communication, however, we are both out funds because the unit was not fully operational.

EDIT 2: The seller has agreed to replace the phone.

EDIT: The phone I received was bricked by the FCC because the original buyer bought the phone on a payment plan and did not complete the payments! I've contacted the seller and am yet to receive a reply. Will update if fixed!

Originally the phone was shipped without the SIM card tray. (I'm assuming the seller forgot to replace it after taking out his SIM card.) I contacted the seller and we received a replacement tray within 48 hours.
