I received the phone in perfect condition, however I soon learned that the phone has been decommissioned by apple. After a few weeks of using it and charging it the battery swelled and the phone came apart. Lucky for me Apple was willing to replace the phone even though it was decommissioned. I would not recommend buying a iphone 5c that has had its battery replaced.
