Unfortunately when I received the product, the conditions were not as mentioned in the ad (mint condition), the iPhone was with a lot of small scratches that you only notice if get close to seeing. I tried to contact the seller amicably to return the item and get the money back. However, it only informed that the product was in good condition and did not want to provide info for the return of the product. I opened a dispute on PayPal that closed the case in the seller's favor for the simple fact that I bought the product to resell and not for my own use, so I didn't have PayPal insurance coverage. In the end, I bought an expensive product that came with a lot of scratches and the seller didn't even bother to solve the problem, only to make the sale. I leave this review here as a way to inform other buyers to be careful when making a purchase on swappa to resell, as it will not be covered by paypal insurance. I would not buy from this seller again.
