Sold a Frankenstein phone with battery that was crapping out within the first few months. Had Apple look it over and discovered the display was also second hand. Communicated with seller at 6 months and didn’t hear anything until a month later after involving Swappa and making a case. Phone battery is now essentially dead and doesn’t work even when plugged into power. Can’t remove display because there’s a crack that was hidden under a cracked screen cover that was included in sale. Seller appears to be ignoring this issue. They said replacement battery would last as long as a new one. I’m demanding a refund or credit with swappa.

Never buy from this seller. This seller is not selling iPhone that original from Apple. He is asking somebody to fix broken iPhone and selling on swappa. I ordered iPhone X. But the quality of camera was terrible. Couldn't focus and the color was strange. The appearance of camera was slightly different from normal one. The feeling of 3D touch and silent switch was a little bit different from normal one as well. It's obviously fixed by third party. You said "Phone like new no problems at all" in comments. I can't believe why he could say like this. Luckily I have normal iPhone X, so I could compare. Furthermore, he didn't reset phone. That was a big point that I could understand everything about his cheating. Not only the iPhone X, he is fixing and selling other iPhone as well. For example, 6s, 7 plus or 8 plus. I'm looking forward to get iPhone X for 1 week, but the one I got was fake. Give me back the time. Again, never buy from this seller.

Received defective device after waiting 11 days. Seller tried to get me to keep the phone by making false statements and offering big discounts. Then all of a sudden Seller said “sorry shipped wrong Phone”, then refused to reimburse for return shipping until Swappa stepped in after 49 back and forth posts. Notice all his sales but limited number of "completed". I think you only see “completed sales” comments, not “failed sales” comments. I undid “Failed sale” back to “Completed sale” so everyone could see this important information.

Device arrived on time and as advertised - in good shape! All functions/buttons are working and the phone and screen look clean.

Phone arrived promptly after purchasing. Unsure about tempered glass as it chipped slightly on an edge when I placed the phone screen side down in a marble surface. Home screen button fell out second day which is noting. Aside from this, phone seems to be in good working order and from a refurbished phone is more or less what I could have expected.
