The seller shipped the phone very quickly. When I received the phone I was happy to see that it was in perfect condition and they had even included some hockey cards and a picture of a dog.

Phone was shipped a day early and seller was quite responsive. There was a little glitch as the phone was locked with a pass code, which was a little curious for a "new/resale" item, but I was able to restore and update using iTunes in just a few minutes. The seller earned his 5 stars for promptness and providing a functional iPhone SE that matched the description.
