the iphone 11 pro came defective in the carrier's chip slot and is not having a connection and the screen was replaced by a fake one! I hope the company gets in touch with me so that we can better negotiate!

I didn't realize the screen had a cracked spot in it. It looks like a bubble under protective glass. This should have been rated lower i think. Now I have to get the screen fixed.
