The phone I bought from Robert was reported stollen 3 months after I bought it, now that I'm having SIM card issues I can't have my phone SIM replaced because it was a STOLEN phone.

Sold "brand new" iPhone 12 as a Christmas gift only to find out the phone is blacklisted. Going through a few of the recent sales it seems that this seller has been selling blacklisted phones as brand new. Buyers beware. Luckily I bought through PayPal and was able to dispute and receive my money back.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this seller, DO NOT believe 5 star rating. Seller has sold me (and others) items that are supposed to be new in box but have IMEI listed as stolen/locked.

Seller never responded and had to purchase another phone from another seller. I implore you to read other reviews where seller has done this - NOT A ONE TIME INCIDENT.

Now having to work through painful process of getting money back. Also I did not use my paypal account to pay for, so I am dealing with a refund as a guest for that. I recommend buying with paypal account so having to bypass that headache in case you get screwed from a dishonest thief seller like I did.

Rating negative regarding a grading issue. Phone was listed as Mint but the device had several deep scratches between 1/8 and 3/8 in long. Seller offered full refund or partial. Would have preferred not having the hassle of getting the listed condition. Please review other feedback tp see this is not a one off. While the seller took care of the issue, I'm hoping the negative rating encourages the seller to do better with rating his phones. Also fault Swappa for getting lax when reviewing photos. Sellers should be force to provide clear sharp pictures for mint phones.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. A NIGHTMARE to work with. Made mistake on listing (phone locked to carrier instead of unlocked), wouldn't acknowledge his mistake for a while, suggested that I switch carriers, wouldn't provide return label, was forced to pay return shipping, then refused to refund full return shipping because I am "wasting money" by adding insurance to ship a $760 phone. Had to get Swappa and Paypal involved (opened a claim). Save yourself the headache. This guy is an absolute nightmare. I should've read his previous negative feedback before buying this phone from him.

Phone was still on an account with a high unpaid balance. Had to pay return shipping to get my purchase price returned. I feel swappa shares responsibility for allowing a phone like this to be sold. The risk of buying a device that cannot be activated is too high.

The phone came locked however it was advertised as unlocked, it still was on contract with ATT. It was a waste of time, the buyer most likely new the phone was locked and pretended that this is news for him. He sold hundreds of phones and knows what he does. The return was smooth but who cares about that, I spend $20 and tons of time for no sale. Resellers like these should go back to eBay. swappa used to be peer to peer paltform

BEWARE: LIGHT SCRATCHES even though advertised as MINT.

I asked the seller about it and he said he had not seen any scratches on it. That the phone was little used so some micro scratches can be visible if you look closely by angle and in his opinion that was mint.

That was an exaggeration since they were more like light scratches and there were quite a few of them easily visible at any angle far away. There were 3 long ones that stood out with the longest being 2 inches and a flurry of scratches covering the area of a dime. They were noticeable when the screen was off and I was able to run my across the scratch and feel the indentation.

Since I got it cheap enough and the screen protector hides them, I decided to keep it since everything else is functional. Also wanted to mention to not assume that the charger and cable is OEM, but some generic one, and to look at the pictures carefully.

phone was ok. But lot of issues with updating software and i need to research and do everything myself. And the charger given by the seller is not fast charger. Shipping was fast though.

Seller advertised a 9.5/10 phone "almost mint" but sent a phone with scratches and nicks on body/screen/edges. After contacting seller, he denied and ceased all communication to resolve after I provided him photos that clearly contradicted his listing's photos. Seller was unresponsive to Paypal about confirming return with confirmed tracking. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.
