The sellers phone got blacklisted. Took a while but got my money back and a return. I don't know if it was his fault but I wasn't to happy but phone was in good condition as described. If it wasnt for the blacklisting it would have been a good buy. Thats why i have to leave 3 stars for middle

The phone was in good shape and as described. It was shipped expeditiously. The covers were both in good shape, however one of them was not made for this device and so is of no use. I would give the seller 4-1/2 stars because of the one case. But otherwise I was very happy with the sale and product.

Received the phone promptly in the exact condition described. This seller accomplished the primary functions very well.
However, there are a few issues I had that make this review a 4 instead of a 5. The phone arrived without a SIM card or SD card--neither of which were promised by the seller but both of which can be a surprise. My previous phone did not have a SIM card, so I had to buy one before this phone would function. I received an email through PayPal when the phone shipped with a tracking number but the seller never updated this Swappa sale with the fact that it had shipped nor its tracking number, which is a minor inconvenience. This swappa sale page had the absolute minimum--a single picture showing the phone with the swappa id.
The phone arrived on time, it works wonderfully, and I got everything from the seller that the seller described in their swappa post. This is a good seller.

Everything arrived and worked like described. Only issue was there was a slight lite leak in the top right corner of the bezel that wasn't documented. Not really a deal breaker though. Great purchase

The device I received was not working properly, at the first the seller was very kind, however when he received back he states that the device was working ok. He also asked me to never buy his products again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I lost 10 dollars with the shipping of the return.

The iPhone 4S I bought had a charging problem so I returned it. The seller arranged a refund through PayPal the same day. Though the sale didn't work out, the seller was cordial and professional at all times. My only complaint is having to pay for shipping the phone back.

I am very please with my experience on Swappa. I received the phone earlier today, but took some time to examine it and test it out before marking this as complete. I am happy to say that though the phone was advertised as simply "Good," I find the phone to be in excellent condition. This was a great buy!

A+ service! The seller was quick to respond to posts, had the phone in the mail with tracking number within an hour of transaction and I receive the device in 3 days USPS priority mail. The device was as stated "Mint" condition. When I received the phone I found that it had a US Cellular battery cover on the Verizon phone but before I could even contact the seller I received a message stating he realized there was an error post shipment and that he has already shipped a Verizon battery cover. That is impressive service! So far everything seems to be working as it should on the device itself. I would gladly do business with Brock j of Cellit TN again!
