Seller shipped immediately after payment. Phone had additional minor scratches on screen and Knox was tripped.

Edit 10/14/2016 - After having the phone less than a week, I took it to a phone repair shop due to the power button working intermittently. The shop owner took the phone apart and showed me a couple of things: 1) There was corrosion on the power button cable and on the motherboard pin, a sign of water damage. 2) The IMEI and serial number had been concealed with a marker over, which he indicated meant the phone was refurbished. I am adjusting the rating because the phone was described as "minty".

The seller sold a refurbished phone that had been very poorly repaired and listed it as mint condition. The back panel of the Samsung Galaxy S6 was not properly reconnected and partially melted to the metal frame when it was initially removed. Phone was mailed back and a refund of the purchase prices was given. The seller was very responsive in their communication helped to make everything right in the end.

Glitches a bit, perhaps refurbished. Tablet works great, was as advertised.

Great phone, just as described in excellent condition.

The phone was Blacklisted and when you asked me to call that guy to change the ESN remotely , I knew it was definitely blacklisted, wold not purchase from this seller again. too many excuses as to validity of ESN, I got a refund, but not happy with this experience.

Bought mint condition phone from seller and received a phone that was physically bent and screen had been replaced. Seller was very prompt, and fast with response and processing of return. Hassle free return. Satisfied with seller but not with phone.

Found out I was sent the wrong phone when it stopped working after a month. I sent it back to have it replaced with the phone that was in the pictures. The same wrong phone was sent back to me. I sent it back this time for a refund since the original phone that I thought I was purchasing based on it's IMEI number was no longer available. The process took a long time but was finally refunded.

Edit:
Changing the rating from 5 to 1 star. After little over a month of use, the front glass came loose. Took it to a phone repair shop and they were able to fix it but was told that the glass had been replaced but proper adhesive for the glass was not used. Cost me an extra $50 to get the phone repaired properly. Don't sell a phone as MINT condition and charge extra when it has been repaired, especially when the repair job is subpar.

Tried to exchange the phone at tmobil for a iphone lease and the phone is showing up as lost. Using a barcode scanner on the sticker under the battery shows a different IMEI code than the one in the settings about.

Shipped fast. Arrived as described. Communication with seller was fast and easy. Would use again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Hold sold phone as "brand new" but instead sent refurbished unit. Had to return first phone as the screen was not bonded in place. The replacement phone also turned out to be refurbished even though seller stated it would be "brand new". Buyer beware. Highly suggest finding a different seller to buy from.

Great first experience with Swappa!

Fast shipped, great device

For the most part the product was as described, however only 16 GB not 32 GB as the seller removed the SD card and did not replace; Shipping was "within 2 days business days" however shipped on day 3 business day. Offered to ship "fastest way possible" to make up for the late ship date however Seller's "Fastest was 2-3 day Priority USPS." Communication with Seller was ridiculous.
