Despite questionable packaging, the phone arrived in perfect condition with the original box and contents. I was able to swiftly transfer and set up a new phone with ease with only one dilemma with regard to getting Facetime to work. After endless attempts, waiting was the solution. (resolved after two weeks). After three months, I can confidently confirm that this phone is working at full capacity and was taken very well by prior own. I definitely would purchase from this seller again in the future.
