The touch ie watch screen is bad and has never worked , as when you input password, it doesn’t respond and open. You have to restart the watch to open. For example, if my password is 1234, when I input 1234, the watch should open. But it never does. This is been the case since day 1.

Furthermore when you reset the watch, and you try accessing the apps. It never opens, as it is practically impossible for it to respond.

Because of the touch screen issue, I have not been able to access the battery option to check the battery life. However for a watch tagged as mint. The battery goes off too fast.

In summary the touch of the watch is bad and the watch is not usable. It is unfair for a seller to list this type of watch as mint while being aware of the issues with it. I gave the watch to my twin as a gift and it's really unfair to have sold this while being aware of the watch condition. I will be glad if I could send it back for a refund as it has just been sitting in the dresser.
