I still haven’t received the item.The seller doesn’t reply to the letters.

I bought specific model device, but after the sale, seller stated they listed the wrong device and that they would ship me a different model with a larger storage, with the seller calling it an “upgrade.” I refused the sale. Had to file a dispute with PayPal against the seller. Seller was unable to refund me immediately because of other pending PayPal claims. PayPal sided with me and I was eventually refunded. Not a good experience with this seller.
