Device was mis-advertised and returned to seller.

The sale went as planned which was great. After having the cell phone for less then a month it started blacking out, turning off and on (without me prompting the phone to do so), I cannotuse the cell phone to make or take calls, and basicly I cannt really rely on the cell phone because it is not functioning properly at all.
