Terrible transaction, worse customer service! Paid for allegedly “available” LG G4 only to find out 4 days later that Seller could not deliver phone due to “problem with AT&T”. Sounds more like he got a better deal elsewhere. Took 23 days to get PayPal refund, while Seller failed to respond to multiple messages from me and notifications from Swappa. A very well-deserved one star review!

Gorgeous new device and received within a week of payment. Seller did not mark as shipped but everything was just as described.

The packing was not sufficient and which resulted in the extra case being cracked during shipping.
