Seller sold a defective phone as "good". The phone had little to no cell reception as well as a non-functioning fingerprint power button. They obviously don't follow the same checklist that Swappa insists we follow. They did however did not hassle me over receiving a full refund which I appreciate.

I received my phone within 6 days of ordering. Switched everything from old phone to swappa phone (Samsung Note 4) with ease. Phone looked as described, also came with charger and earphones, very pleased to see that. However, phone will not stay charged and shuts down at 15-20% battery life. I've had to remove battery and wait a few minutes before replacement just to get it to turn back on. It definitely is disappointing.

The seller was very quick to respond to the initial sale and questions/concerns I had. The phone was in good condition as described. I was also impressed that it came with a real charging adapter and cables. Nice!

Received on December 21. Shipping took 5 days longer than my second purchase made at the same time (don't know who's fault that was). Everything checked out except the battery has been acting wonky. Charge drops sometimes more than 30% in a couple of minutes. Once it was at 48% and the phone shut down. Upon restart...there was a notification that there battery was unable to deliver the necessary peak power. The phone was put into Peak Performance Capability. I'm concerned.

Ordered on December 13 and received on December 17th. Everything checked out. Very happy with this purchase.

Phone died after a week. But and its a big but, the customer service was excellent. Quickly facilitated a return and refund.

I was so shocked the phone was in such great condition. It seemed almost new. Thank you for the business. I would recommend and would buy from again in the future.

As excited as I was to recieve this device, the ad was misleading and overall experience was pretty poor.
The device had sustained water damage and both the s pen and home button didn't work.
I wasn't offered an option on a different or another device, instead I was simply given a refund.
Customer service was great at getting back to me whenever I had questions or concerns, so 5 stars to Grace.
As for my experience with Simply Mobility, a strong 1 star for their ability to get my hopes up for a perfect, in working order phone and giving me something that had gone swimming and was not in perfect working conditions no matter how good it looked.
