Fash shipping. Cosmetic condition is a little more rough than pictured or described. Would advise selller to be a bit more descriptive and try to get better pictures of any imperfections. Overall I'm satisfied with the sale and seller. Recommended for future purchases.

i bought this phone in mid march, and now its the beginning of july - and now after an ios update the phone won't let me use service anymore (i brought it in to a place to get it fixed but the guy told me its a phone issue) wondering about warranty or if i can get a replacement because the issue is the phone itself?

Great seller. Had a software issue with the phone after trying to update, however I was able to rectify it quickly with the seller. Phone is in good cosmetic condition and functions perfectly.

I have been using the phone for a week and now I am unable to hear my calls nor do they hear me. I also cannot turn on speaker phone. I would like to exchange this item as I see this is a known issue with the iPhone 7
