My Surface came exactly as described. I have used it for 8 months and not had any issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy from Swappa and this seller again.

They sold me a defective phone and now they won't refund my money.

Overall i am satisfied and would consider buying from this seller again. Technically the phone arrived with a short scratch in the upper right area of the screen that I honestly believe they missed. It's not visible under ordinary use - only at high brightness and if that part of the display is white. The phone arrived with a substance stuck in the top bezel area, offscreen. With some effort i was able to clean it up. The phone arrived quickly and again, overall I am satisfied and would buy again. Apologies for the late review!

Thought I might have to send the phone back because of a dead-spot on the screen. Seems to be a non-issue now though. However the seller was very responsive and provided a shipping label to me to be used after contacting them. Would buy from them again

Dissatisfied with this transaction. The Note 5 arrived as stated, but within days a large bubble appeared in the upper part of the screen.
