This seller has a serious communications problem. I can accept that sending an "in good conditions" phone not fully functional could happen to good sellers, but his very slow response and lack of communication attitude after the sale is really unacceptable.

Received the device in great condition, works flawlessly. There were a few unmentioned scratches on the screen but that's no issue. The only reason I'm giving the sale 3 stars instead of 5 is because of lack of communication with the seller. The device was shipped after the 2 day window with no message from the seller.

Phone arrived with damaged camera. Seller responded within reasonable time frame and accepted the return for full refund.

This phone was listed as being a Verizon phone but in fact turns out to be T-mobile. I had to get a new SIM card and go to three different stores to get my phone unlocked. It currently doesn't send or receives texts and is virtually a silver block of uselessness. The flash on this camera also does not work, nor the vibrate function. I made a mistake in buying this phone.

Little problem on my end, didn't know I needed to register the imei number with my company (sprint) before I'd be able to use it (since the phone was unlocked), but it was an easy task and now everything is on and working perfectly.
