Phone works great but seller advertised the screen as being in excellent condition. The screen was not what I would consider excellent but was more like good or fine condition. There were plenty of small scratches on the screen which appeared to perhaps not have been used with a screen protector. I am still giving this seller 4 stars because the main ad was listed as "good." I do believe the screen quality was a bit misrepresented in the details, though.

Seller shipped phone and charging cord loose in a flimsy envelope. Phone arrived with a scratched screen, and the seller made no attempt at resolving the issue; only apologizing for the screen being scratched.
I returned it for a refund and am waiting for his response.
