There "is" an issue with the battery. The buyer agreed to accept a return, but said he reserved the right to deny paying back the sale price if HE decided it wasn't in the condition I received it. I've had the Chromebook for 6 days so of course it's in the same condition but the seller was difficult to deal with when I informed him about the defect, so I decided to keep the Chromebook to avoid being without my payment or the Chromebook for many weeks.
