Purchased a mint condition phone and the phone exceeded expectations physically, but would not advance past the setup. Was advised to return the phone to be fixed, but opted to receive a different phone to expedite the process. I was assured the "new" phone would be in the same or better mint condition. The "new" phone functioned properly, but had heavy wear on all corners and the camera. I was more than happy with the customer service they offered, but honestly felt as though they shipped out phones without thoroughly evaluating them. It ended up being a 2 week ordeal of waiting for a package and returning them to the post office.

Amazing! Prompt and fast shipping! Update: tried to pull every trick in the book to get out of honoring their refund policy. Quite a hassle and they lost all my respect.
