Sorry to have dealt with seller. Did not ship item. Has not issued refund (per Paypal). Frankly, I do not know what to do next. I would hope Swappa would pressure him to do the right thing. He will tell you he has taken care of it, but just lies.

The phone has been previously repaired and should be listed as refurbished. Also, the phone has a torn proximity flex cable, thus the camera, auto dimming, ear speaker, and screen shut-off for when you're making a call does not work. This is a very poor buy for $160 and future buyers should be wary of this sellers phone quality and listing descriptions.

Slow to fill order, slow to respond if they ever did, which was rare, and responses incomplete. Afshin was reluctant to refund despite the item never having been delivered and USPS tracking proved as such. Entire transaction required two weeks of fighting to get my money refunded...and why does this seller have so many iPhones to sell? Swappa very was helpful tho, but they can't force the seller to be more responsive nor complete refunds.

If you are not in any hurry to receive your phone, this is the seller to buy from. Purchased & paid for phone 6-28-17. Seller didn't ship until 7-6-17, received phone on 7-10-17. When I asked seller about shipping, no response for several days. I would not purchase from seller.
