Received quickly and in perfect condition. Cosmetically excellent. Battery was flat. Not sure why. My wired charger initially had trouble connecting. Eventually I was able to charge it. Checked it on wifi. Need to get a SIM card for complete checkout.

Seller shipped the device in a timely manner. It functions well and still recharges on the original battery - which is the most important. I do think it should have been rated Fair (not Good) since it had a dent in the bottom corner (see picture). But the pricing was still a good deal, so I purchased a case for my daughter and all is good. Thanks.
