I received the phone within 2 days after shipping. The phone is in excellent shape - - it could easily pass for a new phone. I tested all aspects of the phone (camera, video, sound, etc) and everything was fully functional. Next I went to my AT&T carrier and activated the phone by porting my number. Making & receiving call functioned perfectly. I am VERY satisfied with this purchase.
