This item is exactly as described. It was in amazing condition. I ended up needing to go to Sprint for activation because it did not have a sim card. If the ad mentioned it I'd forgotten if it didn't I wish it had then I could have ordered it before hand. Either way a very minor set back on activation. I would highly recommend this seller. Easy to deal with, fast shipping with provided tracking. I'd buy from them again.

Seller sent through USPS with incorrect amount of postage paid. This caused a slight delay, as I had to pick it up at the post office and pay for the postage ($1.40 no big deal). I'm sure this was just a simple mistake. Other than that, the phone was perfect and shipped securely.
