Although I wasn't able to setup the phone with my service provider. Shipping was fast, the seller was very responsive at every step and keep in constant communication with me. I feel the issue was more my service provider than the seller, they can be temperamental at times. I don't feel the seller was trying to defraud me in any way. I look forward to more purchases in the future.
