Seller failed to mention large scratch on upper right portion of screen. All photos were taken with the phone’s screen on so I could not see the scratch from the pictures. Otherwise phone was in good working order. Asked seller for small refund to remedy situation because I didn’t want to deal with having to return the phone. Seller agreed to compensation. Seller was quick to reply regarding issue. I just wish seller would’ve been more straightforward regarding the flaws in the phone so I could make a more informed choice.

5 stars our of 5 for top notch device. Looks brand new. No minor or major defects. Works with my carrier, metro. 3 stars out of 5 for the seller sending me the tracking number on the day of delivery, making me miss the delivery and having to wait another week for my purchase. Communicate better!

The seller neglected to mention that the phone had bad scratches/damage to the screen in two areas. All his pictures were with the screen on and none with it off. So he knew about the damage. I had to get swappa and Paypal claims involved to get a refund of the difference from a "Good" to a "Fair" phone as he was unwilling to respond or negotiate till I did that. Be warned about this seller, he is not truthful in his ads about his items. I will never give him my business again after this and Swappa should reconsider allowing him to do business here.

I ordered phone with 96 percent battery life and was sent a phone with 86 percent battery health. He was difficult to communicate with and took awhile to respond. The seller offered me a 30 dollar discount, but I would have rather had the correct product to begin with. Sending the phone back was not an option because I needed a phone asap. The battery life continues to rapidly decline.

Came with all items listed and no damage to the phone. Slight smudges in the screen but still mint.

Would not recommend this selle. Was told that I would receive a phone charger cable in the listing, and when I received the cable, it was bad and didn't work. Informed the seller and he said he would send me another cable. Never heard back from him or received the phone charger cable. Very dissatisfied with the seller and sale.
