The seller NEVER shipped the Ring Doorbell. I had to file a dispute with Paypal for my refund, that took over 3 weeks. I've used Swappa over 7yrs and this seller is the worst by far.

* Condition of the phone was as promised.
* However, shipping took forever. For future, I would recommend seller to use USPS Priority.
* Power button is a little stuck. Would have been nice to see it mentioned in the listing. But things like this are expected on a "Good" phone.

Lenses of the VR goggles that I bought from the seller were scratched up badly enough to affect usability. He said he used it before, and he has to have noticed the scratches. 3 stars for offering return, but I would have had to pay $15 to ship it back (seller refused to pay for return shipping).
