Phone was shipped within expected window. Phone appears to be in the stated condition and has no apparent damage. All items were included. Only minor issue was the shipment arrived later than expected and the apartment number was wrong which may have impacted delivery if I had not been present when the mail carrier arrived. No issues with the phone so far though
