The device was listed as including AppleCare. After receiving the device and check in with Apple, no Applecare agreement for the device was available. The seller claimed that he sold the phone for a friend and that the AppleCare was actually month the month, but the original listing clearly stated that almost 2 years of AppleCare remained on the device. I purchased this phone and paid a slight premium based on this fact. The seller would only offer a partial refund of $45, well short of the $129 required to purchase AppleCare after the fact. Do not purchase from this seller---they are a liar and a cheat.
