The phone was as advertised but the seller was late with shipping. I bought the phone on a Monday morning, they told me the phone would be shipped on Tuesday. Swappa policy says they have two full business days to ship the phone so that would be by end of business on Wednesday. The seller created the shipping label on Thursday and marked the phone as shipped but it was in pre-shipment and not dropped off / received at a usps store until Friday. The seller communication was nonexistent on what the hold up on shipping was but the product I received was as advertised.

Even though things did not work out with this transaction and I had to return the phone, I truly believe that this seller had no idea that there was a problem with it at all. After the problem was discovered the seller was very responsible! He gave me a refund and sent me a return label and took care of this right away! He was a pleasure to deal with and I would buy from him again!
