Overall, I am dissatisfied with my purchase. The phone was promptly mailed and arrived safely, neartly packaged and as described, even including an inexpensive phone cover. However, the phone had not been reset. So, I had to make several trips, around town, in an effort, to resolve the problem. The seller called my local Verizon store and it was reset. However, twice I requested a partial $15 refund, and my requests were ignored for months. Therefore, I do NOT recommend this seller.
