Cannot use on no network I’ve literally tried every phone company

Phone did not come with sim card tray that you NEED in order to activate a phone number.

Horrible

Phone is over heating and does not have the amount of battery life that was stated! Don’t recommend buying from them! Complete waste!

Apparently had sold the item outside swappa and didn't take down ad.

Shipping was horrible

Seller sold me a malfunctioning phone, then ignored, and delayed responses to return it. Do NOT buy from this seller!

I have received the phone on time. Though I had wish the seller was more upfront about the fact that the headphone jack seems to be loose to the point that any small movement makes it impossible to use wired audio. I just have to use bluetooth. All in all seems like everything else works fine.

07/25/2020 Update: When I 1st received the phone it seemed like it had an issue with the audio port on the phone so connecting head phones or in your aux port was next to impossible. Afterwards I was having issues with some texting sometimes I wouldn't receive some for some time. Then one morning I wake up and notice the phone has no signal. I tried shutting it off and then on, calling wirelessly and nothing seemed to work. Took it to a t-mobile store for a sim card and still didn't work.

SELLER DID NOT SHIP ITEM HE IS VERY VERY RUDE LIED SO MANY TIMES I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM

seller should've use his due diligence to remove the listing if the item was no longer available for purchase. This is definitely the seller's fault.

Phone was advertised as unlocked for ATT but it was not. Return and refund were fast and easy, but still a disappointing purchase.

This phone never booted up. It would just get stuck in a boot cycle. I couldn't even get to the hard reset functions. The phone did charge. I could not return it because it took about 6 weeks before I even looked at the phone to activate it.

Didn't list the screen burn in on the bottom of the phone in the info and that battery is bad

We purchased a pixel xl. I could not get it to communicate with Verizon. I took it to a Verizon store and they tried for over 2 hours to get it to work, but they determined the phone was defective. Seller agreed to exchange the phone. I shipped it back and then the seller just refunded my money without explanation. Then the seller said I thought you wanted a refund when clearly he agreed to send us a working phone.

Shipped fast, but the screen has been having ghost touch issues after one day.

EDIT: Still having some pretty bad ghost touch issues after multiple factory resets. I find it hard to believe that the seller didn't know about this before selling.

Spent near $200 on 2 devices and they both died in less than 2 months!

Seller failed to mention that the particular variant being sold had a locked bootloader. And this is for a G5 Plus (a phone heralded for it's mod-ability). Considering I only purchased the phone to mod it, I am now forced to resell it (will cost me far more in the end [my time]), or eat the cost. And so I've simply paid for an expensive doorstop. Seller refused a return. Terrible first Swappa purchase, if this is the norm, swappa is far riskier than ebay. Perhaps it's just a rare seller issue. Buyer beware, you better ask every question you can think of.

Seller sent me a water damaged phone and was difficult and rude when I brought this to his attention. I ultimately took a small partial refund because the device was functional for the time being and there were no other models of this phone available for purchase at the time that were not very beat up. I was stuck and my sister needed a phone. This guy totally screwed me. AVOID THIS SELLER!!!

Phones works good, but was not the same phone on the pictures, and it wasn't in mint condition like advertised. I bought the phone for my wife and had to give her a dented and ugly phone. If you say it's going to be mint condition then it should be that. Sorry

Phone could not be activated. It was a hassle to get to return it and receive and refund. Seller would not pay full cost of return shipping even though phone could not be used.

So....not sure how to mark this, seller was really great to work with, even shipped it to an alternate location for me. But I've had it for 2.5 months and the silly thing is deader than a door nail! I realize it's used, but I was expecting it to last longer than 2.5 months! Five stars for the seller, zero for the product.

Terrible customer service, phone was network locked on arrival, unusable. Sent it back and now the seller is saying he never received it, after he sent me pictures verifying he had possession, interesting that USPS says it was delivered. It has been over a month and still I have not been given a refund. I have absolutely no trust for this seller.

Sold bad device, died a couple weeks later.

Phone arrived quick but was dirty upon arrival. Things that could have been easy to wipe off were simply left on the phone. It would not recognize the network, we called AT&T tech support 2x and went to two different AT&T stores, they told us the antenna must have been damaged. I did get my money back but had to purchase another phone while I waited. I think the phone should have been tested with more than just powering up before listing it for sale.

This was a difficult transaction. When I received the phone I purchased it was not with the advertised carrier. I contacted the seller and a replacement phone was sent. However, it too was not with the advertised carrier. I returned the second phone and received a full refund as well as was refunded shipping for both returns. Shipping was slow and the seller had the returned phone for about a week before I contacted them inquiring about the refund having heard nothing. All is well now and made right, it was just complicated doing business with this seller.

I'd give ZERO stars if i could! I received the phone April 9th. On inspection the phone itself and the back cover were both stamped Verizon although the software said Sprint. The ESN/IMEI/MEID sticker was missing. The speaker area had sustained liquid damage of some sort and made a buzzing/popping noise whenever sound came out of it. None of these issues were in the listing. I also returned the phone the next business day and although the USPS tracking said it was delivered on April 15th, I'm STILL waiting for my refund!

Useless phone (would not activate on plan), but SWAPPA required I use 2 stars as Seller refused return of phone that was not as advertised. Buyer beware of this seller.

The phone is in fair condition not "Good". Seller did not state that the camera glass was cracked..

Thanks

first phone was a dud, replacement came with a non-oem battery that won't charge above 50%.

Received phone with a swollen battery that wouldn't charge or power on. Seller's first comment is to "try charging the phone using a different charger". Apparently the seller is unaware that a swollen battery is a sign of a dead and potentially dangerous battery.

He did work with me, stating that he will send me a new battery. I didn't want another crappy used or damaged battery from him, so I requested a $10 refund instead, to purchase a new battery myself.

He issued the refund, then several other interactions took place while I tried to solve the problem and work the situation out. Every response from the seller was short, curt, and came off as rude.

This seller has a good rating and I'm assuming most sales go well. Just hope that you're not one of the few like me who gets to deal with him in an unpleasant situation.

Terrible, his description was wrong. Couldn't make phone calls, camera or flash light didn't work. Sent back, hoping he refunds my money so I can purchase another for my mother in law.

Camera lens missing not described.

Phone was defective. Seller accepted the return, but would not refund the full amount for return shipping with tracking and insurance (shipped it that way per Swappa direction, and of course to protect myself). I should not have had any out of pocket expenses for receiving a defective phone, on top of the hassle and inconvenience of shipping the phone back and finding another one.
