Very satisfied with the new phone but it has been an adventure! The postal carrier delivered it to the wrong address, but whomever signed for it found me & put it in my mailbox unopened. Then I inserted my former SIM card before notifying Verizon & they suspended my account. All has been fixed and the end result is I am very happy! Thank you for your great service! I totally love the phone!
