Unfortunately this phone could not be activated with Sprint as advertised. A very long, drawn out process (a month + from purchase to refund) to have no phone at the end. Frustrating. Luckily return postage was refunded by PayPal, or I would have been out money and time, instead of just time. So much for the early Christmas present I bought in Nov. since the refund didn’t happen until after Christmas.
