Eric, misled me on when he would ship it out and did not communicate leaving me wondering post sale. I had to engage Swappa support where they had to ask him to respond. His delay impacted me in a negative way. The phone is however in great working order. I would have given him a high rating if he was more forthcoming and honest about when I would get the phone.
