Terrible communication and did not follow swappa policies. Sent package late, only gave tracking once swappa got involved. Didn't wipe or remove lock from watch and did not respond to any swappa messages, etc. Finally responded a week after I had messaged there was an issue - once I opened a case with PayPal to get a refund. Claimed junk mail was the culprit, but that should've been resolved after the shipping/tracking incident. Perplexing considering other reviews. Worst online shopping experience to date.
