The seller shipped the device extremely quickly (bought late Friday night, shipped Saturday, received Monday). The reason I'm leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is because one of the controllers that came with it did not work, but I do not think it was the seller's fault. Since this was sold new, I think it was an issue from HTC. That said, it should have been tested before being sold. Aside from that, it was a great purchase and I would buy from this seller again.
