Seller listed a phone as mint condition, the phone was covered in scratches and also had been repaired by a 3rd party, phone bricked into error 53 upon factory resetting the device and the seller was aware of the issue. Getting a refund was a huge headache, had to escalate to a dispute with PayPal. Seller did not cover return shipping.

The phone was as described. I would've given 5 stars if we hadn't had a mailing/delivery problem.

Although the problem wasn't necessarily his fault, it was mailed as 1 day priority. It took 7 days to receive the phone. He mailed it 2 days after the order. I bought it just after the Christmas rush and just before New Years day. The problem was mostly with the USPS. However, had he mailed it the day after I bought it, I MAY have gotten it in 1 day or 2. I can't know for sure.

But like I said, it wasn't necessarily his fault. Therefore, due to mailing it 2 days after purchase, I give 4 stars.
