Consistently several hours without replies as well as the item was shipped without express shipping after purchasing it and reminding seller it was purchase. This was refunded thankfully but all in all a less than ideal transaction. The seller after seeing my review tried to insult me into changing it by stating "I do not believe that lack of patience on your end merits a negative feedback"
