I ordered a “‘mint” condition iPhone 13 Pro Max as a Christmas present in November. It was opened and activated by a carrier on Christmas Day. After looking it over, there’s a huge scratch on the screen and the speakers are muffled. When I’m on the phone nobody can hear what im saying because it’s so choppy. I reached out to the seller, who was very rude and disrespectful. I had asked one question about the issue and he replied with “I’m not giving a refund” he didn’t even want to hear about the problems on the phone he sold me. I would never order from him again. I’ve ordered with swappa for years and never had issues until this POS. Don’t order from him.
