Was a smooth transaction.

Prompt shipping, considering that I ordered on a Saturday night. Issues with USPS (not the seller's fault) but the item is exactly as described (no scratches/dents, no signs of use, functions flawlessly--"mint" condition).
Packaging was not great. The phone wasn't protected with any kind of plastic case/bag, so if water seeped into the box, the phone would've gotten wet. Seriously, at least use a ziploc bag or something.
Also, the phone was sitting on the bottom of the box with packing peanuts on top. This isn't enough to protect a fragile cell phone--packing peanuts should surround the item.

received the phone in ok time. I thought it would be sooner, since we are only 9 hours apart. Bummer deal - the phone would not charge, no matter what we tried. Apple store said it was the charging port. They looked at it and said it was clean. seller said to return it and he would refund the money. I have returned it as of today. Waiting for money, then I can final the transaction and give final feedback.

Nick was professional. The phone arrived promptly and was in the condition advertised. It even included a charger. When I couldn't get the phone to work with Sprint, Nick took the phone back. I give him top ratings and I will buy from him again if I have occasion.

This is the worst experience that I have with this seller. Purchase on the 8th, did not receive shipping info until 10th, the package was not dropped to USPS until the 12th - 4 business days to ship !

When the phone arrived, it was not factory reset, phone is still linked to icloud account. Seller refused to provide password so I can reset the phone. The seller could have given me the password then changed, but refused to do so, completely disregard the frustration of a customer who just spent hundreds of dollars on goods whose origin is questionable. A rightful owner has the password and can always change it. The only explanation for this seller behavior is that this is stolen goods !

Would never never do business with this seller again. Wish I can give a minus rating, but I must select one star at minimum.

Nick was quick with responding to questions/concerns and promptly shipped the item. However, it was not ready for activation since it had apparently been reported lost/stolen. The guy at the AT&T store said they normally would have to confiscate the device but he let it slide after explaining where we got it. Nick was quick to refund my purchase after I returned it though.

It's sellers like this that makes it scary to buy online. I paid extra for a phone that seller categorized as MINT when it has dents, nicks and scratches on the phone. This is hardly a good phone. He specifically hide the pictures that outline the dents on the phone.

The phone was just as described. It was not packaged well and could have been easily damaged during shipping. The item was not shipped within two days like it should have been. Because of the slow shipping it did not arrive in time for my daughter's birthday and it was a gift so it was a letdown for a 14 year old. Stick to the shipping standards as set by swappa and it would have made for a much smoother transaction!

The good. This seller is willing to negotiate. 4 out 5 on communication. as far as shipping goes it wasn't until about 48 hours when i found out item was shipped. he sends what he describes so he doesn't lie about what he sells...The bad..Poor packaging. the phone travelled over 3000 miles to my destination so it should have been packaged better. phone was not sold with retail box. device along with cable & a/c adapter was able to move freely during shipping. there was no bubble wrap or any plastic wrapped around the iphone to protect the phone from damage. there was popcorn but not enough to truly protect the device. I was really fortunate that the phone did not have any noticable damage. The only way i'd buy from this seller again is if he was selling a phone with the respective retail box.

Shipping speed was extremely slow, but item arrived in good condition and was packaged well.
