Sold me a locked device that has no way of being unlocked. Constantly lied about getting it processed for unlocked and then said he apologized since he couldnt do anything. your apology isnt going to give me my $400 back. Avoid this seller like cancer. Nothing good here. not a legitimate seller and you could end up losing hundreds. I gave him over one month to resolve this but he didnt.
