I had problems turning the device on when I received it. I got nervous that it was broken because it wouldn't turn on. The instruction manual (if there was one originally) wasn't included in the box, so I had to Google how to do a hard reset. Fortunately, it turned on okay.
But that is my only complaint. The phone is in near-perfect condition. It came with a case, which I could tell is used, but only had minor scuffs. I bought a new case for it, and the phone looks brand-new now. It was also shipped very quickly and was packed well. Extremely happy with the purchase.

I really disliked receiving the phone with finger prints all the screen.

Everything else was great though. Phone works well, Verizon checked everything out for me too. Good price, and received the phone really quickly with everything advertised included. I am very happy with this purchase.
