We received the laptop on Sunday afternoon, the laptop is working great. However, the charger is not working? I've tried different plugs in the house, so it's not that. Any idea why it wouldn't be working?

My first Swappa experience went rough, not with Swappa but more with the seller. I paid extra for express shipping of my MacBook Pro. The seller missed that detail and instead of having it on Friday before weekend it arrived on Monday next week which caused me a bunch of problems. Then the pakcaged arrived and there was a big gash through the center of the box, which was left at my doorstep because for some reason the seller waived signature. Of course when I opened box the seller only used foam for on half of the package, he packed the rest with bubble envelopes. The Mac had a big dent on the topside of the Mac. Well the package had no insurance with USPS so I had to take it up with seller, which became very condescending when I asked for a partial refund, after the whole fiasco after 2 weeks the seller gave after much back and forth he decided to refund $50 which covered the shipping. Swappa kept pressure on him, but it really should have been handled better. Secure all shipping.
