Slightly inconvenient

This computer can’t keep a decent charge. I have a MacBook pro from 2013 that’s been through the ringer that holds a better charge. I’m not satisfied and I haven’t even traveled with this computer.

Got the device with the "E" key loose. The seller was willing to offer me a full refund. I went to apple and got the key replaced for free since that was my only issue. Good service, it was just unfortunate the key was not fasten.

A very pleasant experience

Hey so the buyer of the 2019 MacBook Air here. Having some huge issues with the computer. The previous owner didn't fully reset the computer and I can't use the computer because it says it needs the old users iCloud password to reset. Really frustrating to have to deal with all of this as this was a Christmas gift. I need to get in contact with the previous owner or some tech person have some magical advice to help me out because I have tried just about everything. I hope y'all have a good return policy because if this is not resolved it is being sent back.
