Carmen delivered as promised. Despite a snowstorm, she got the phone out on time and I received it within 5 business days of purchasing online. The phone was as close to mint as you could get with no scratches or marks on the surfaces or screen. Only slight bummer was not receiving a charger with my order. For most buyers this would have been an issue, but fortunately I had an extra. Cheers!
