Quick response with answering questions. The phone is in good condition without any major scratches or dents. The screen does have more minor scratches than I had hoped, but no complaints. Both cellphone cases were in great condition and charger in the condition as stated in listing. Ear buds work, but the buttons are worn out and difficult to use. Overall, a great deal!
